We meet Tracie Barry during our final episode of Bad Ass Women in Science. Tracie shares how a community college student ended up on a UW research vessel exploring plankton off the coast of Washington state, which catapulted her to becoming the Marine Biotoxin Specialist at Washington State’s Department of Health. Learn how to become involved in this work as a community scientist and the importance of preserving the Salish Sea.
