In this week’s Gimme the Mic episode, host Jordan Rash and guest Commissioner James “Jim” Anderson, Washington State Fish and Wildlife Commission, discuss his career serving Native American communities and conservation priorities over the past several decades in Washington State and the South Sound area. In addition, Jim serves as a representative from Pierce County on the Fish and Wildlife Commission, which oversees fish and wildlife in our state as well as establishes seasons and rules for harvesting of large, wild game and fish such as moose, elk, and Chinook salmon as well as smaller species such as ducks, quail, and shellfish.
